Garmin Clipboard allows you to download the daily session directly on your GARMIN watch or bike computer

You will only have to follow what the watch/computer will tell you to do, you don’t have to remember every step of the session

The app allows me to have a daily check on your data, like heart rate, sleep hours, daily stress scores, etc.. This have to be taken in consideration to adapt YOUR program
